The 4-Piece Swiss Classic Kitchen Set by Victorinox includes four kitchen prep favorites: multi-purpose kitchen shears; a serrated double-edge universal peeler; a 4.5-inch utility knife; and a 7-inch Santoku knife.

The Swiss Classic 7″ Santoku Knife in this set features the Santoku knife shape, which has become a favorite of chefs around the world. The knife’s granton edge, or “kullenschiff” edge, has hollowed out grooves on the sides of the blade. These grooves fill with the fat and juices of the product being sliced, which allows for thin, even cuts without tearing or shredding the meat. The lightness of this knife and granton blade with a fluted edge make dicing, slicing, and mincing a breeze.

Victorinox knives all have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. Victorinox uses a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

TheKitchen Shears feature 4-inch blades and a bottle opener which is incorporated into the handle. They are made in Germany from high-quality stainless steel, with comfortable, break-proof handles and an adjustable screw for precision cutting.
