The updated Leatherman Black Oxide Surge is a multi-tool powerhouse-built with tough pliers, longer blades and easy-to-use locks. A unique blade exchanger comes with saw and diamond/wood file blades. Large and small bit drivers include double-ended bits. 4 outside-opening blades give you quick access to the tools you use most. With these new features, plus Leatherman’s strongest spring-loaded scissors yet, Surge is sure to make a splash at the work site.

The Black Oxide coating on the Leatherman Surge is a powder-based metal coating ideal for situations where giving away your position would be costly. It is widely used by the military for reducing glare and reflection.
